BIM Coordinator - Major Healthcare Project

My client, a leading AJ100 architectural practice, is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their London team, working on a major, complex UK hospital project.

This is a hands-on project role coordinating multidisciplinary BIM delivery on a large-scale scheme of 50,000-150,000m² , with responsibility for model coordination, information management, QA/QC and digital delivery.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience within architecture, design or construction

• Advanced Revit skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and EIR requirements

• Experience coordinating large-scale, multidisciplinary BIM projects

• Strong Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience

• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, Solibri or similar

• Confident managing federated models, clash detection and QA/QC

• Strong understanding of CDE and structured information workflows

• Healthcare/hospital experience is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication and attention to detail
