A highly respected luxury interior design studio is seeking an experienced Senior Designer/Interior Architect to join its London team, working on exceptional high-end residential projects.
This role is well suited to a technically driven interior designer/interior architect who enjoys the technical side of design as much as the creative process.
The Role
- Develop architectural space plans, floor plans and detailed drawing packages.
- Review supplier, contractor and subcontractor drawings for technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider design team.
- Attend site visits and support projects through delivery and installation.
- Contribute to bespoke FF&E design solutions and help maintain drawing standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and design standards.
- Carry out measured surveys.
What We are Looking For:
- 3–5 years' experience in luxury residential interior design or interior architecture.*
- Strong technical knowledge with experience producing detailed construction packages.
- Large high-end residential project experience.
- Excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- A meticulous eye for detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Confident working directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for exceptional design.
