Architect / Experienced Part 2 – Commercial Office Projects
My client, a leading AJ100 architectural practice, is looking for an Architect or highly experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their London team.
The successful candidate will initially be working on commercial office projects, joining an established team delivering high-quality workplace schemes in the UK.
My client is looking for someone with strong commercial experience who can contribute across design, technical and delivery stages, while also having the versatility to work across other project sectors in the future.
What they’re looking for

Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Qualified Architect or an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Previous commercial office/workplace project experience

Strong Revit skills with previous in-practice experience

Good understanding of UK construction and building regulations
-
Experience across multiple RIBA stages
-
Confident producing and coordinating architectural information
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a larger project team
