BIM Coordinator - ArchiCAD

My client is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their established architectural practice, supporting project teams and helping develop BIM and digital workflows across the business.

Working closely with the BIM Manager and wider project teams, you'll play a key role in ArchiCAD coordination, information management, quality assurance and workflow improvement.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' BIM Coordinator experience, ideally within a UK architectural practice

• Architecture, Architectural Technology or related qualification

• Strong ArchiCAD experience within practice

• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework

• Experience with BEPs, TIDPs, CDEs and BIM documentation

• Strong understanding of clash detection, model coordination and QA/QC

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Solibri, Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit interoperability or scripting experience would be advantageous

The Role

• Support project teams with ArchiCAD and BIM delivery

• Manage and improve templates, libraries and modelling standards

• Coordinate federated models and undertake clash detection and QA checks

• Maintain project BIM documentation and support compliance

• Provide ArchiCAD training and technical support

• Work with internal and external BIM teams to coordinate information

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce duplication

• Support the continued development of practice-wide digital standards
