Architects & Senior Architects – Renowned AJ100 Practice | Major UK & International Projects
Are you an experienced and design-driven Architect looking to work on some of the most ambitious and large-scale projects in the UK and overseas? A leading AJ100 architectural practice is expanding its talented team and is seeking Architects and Senior Architects to play key roles in delivering landmark projects across a variety of sectors — including education, transport, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, and civic developments.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led studio known for its global reach, technical excellence, and ambitious vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and/or lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex UK and international projects
- Collaborate with high-profile clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support or manage project teams to deliver to programme, budget, and the highest design standards
- Oversee design development through all RIBA work stages, ensuring quality and compliance
- Work across BIM-led environments using tools such as Revit and Rhino
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio’s culture of learning and innovation
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong and productive relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) with demonstrable post-Part 3 experience
- Proven background in the design and delivery of large-scale projects (UK and/or international)
- Strong design sensibility and technical understanding
- Proficient in Revit and Rhino; experience working in BIM environments is essential
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across disciplines
- A proactive mindset with a passion for collaborative working and design innovation
- Sector experience in aviation, transport, education, healthcare, or public sector projects is a plus, but not essential
