The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are working with a respected architectural practice in London seeking a qualified Architect to join their team, with a focus on commercial projects. This is a permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis (4 days in the studio, 1 day from home).
The successful candidate will be ARB-registered or an overseas-qualified Architect with experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages. You’ll contribute to the design and technical development of commercial schemes in London, from concept through to construction, including planning submissions, detailed tender documentation, and consultant coordination.
Strong design sensibility, proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and rendering software, and a solid understanding of UK planning and building regulations are essential. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable working to deadlines, and enjoy collaborating within a team.
