With around 4,500 tenants and 2,500 leaseholders, Redbridge presents a highly diverse profile of housing stock – that reflects the diversity of our communities. This role will lead on the delivery of high-quality housing management services across this portfolio, with a focus on three key areas:
- tenancy / leasehold management resident engagement & customer service caretaking and grounds maintenance
We’re looking for an experienced housing management professional, who can take our services to the next level: identifying opportunities to innovate and modernise how we work. Your leadership skills will be vital in enabling the talent in our teams to flourish, setting high expectations while also creating opportunities for professional development in pursuit of service improvement, increased resident satisfaction and adapting our provision in response to new regulatory requirements. A strong focus on communication, relationships and people management will be vital in creating a shared vision that people can get behind.
You’ll enhance our emphasis on quality assurance and getting things ‘right first time’ – making better use of technology in our approach and data in our reporting. You should also have the breadth of perspective to operate strategically across the system – identifying opportunities to work more closely with other teams and partner organisations on areas such as community safety, public health and social care / wellbeing.
