Planned is hiring an AI Event Supply Specialist for EMEA to rapidly source rates and availability from hotels, venues, and suppliers across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

You will ensure the marketplace stays accurate, responsive, and competitive in real time, managing high volumes of supplier interactions across multiple countries, languages, and contracting norms.

You'll work with AI tools as a co-pilot, while applying judgment, relationships, and process thinking.
