Senior AI Engineer (LLM / Vision / NLP) – Remote (Cardiff & London-based)

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team working at the cutting edge of applied AI. You’ll be helping us solve real-world problems with clients across the UK, using state-of-the-art LLMs, computer vision, and NLP techniques. What you\’ll do: Fine-tune and privately deploy LLMs , with a focus on RAG pipelines Build and scale computer vision systems (object detection, segmentation) Train and deploy models at scale using AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, SageMaker, etc.) Apply NLP to real business problems (summarisation, information extraction, etc.) Meet with enterprise clients to explore problems, present ideas, and share results What we’re looking for: 5+ years experience in AI/ML, with strong practical and research understanding Deep experience in LLMs and/or Vision tasks, with real-world deployments PhD in a related field is a plus, but not required Based in the UK, with flexibility to attend 2–3 in-person team/client meetings/month in Cardiff or London Help disrupt new industries from real-estate to insurance and more Flexible remote-first culture Work on high-impact, high-visibility projects Work with exciting industry-leading corporate clients Supportive, ambitious team with deep AI expertise Sound like you?
