Be the founders’ right hand as we build AI systems that run megaprojects. We’re looking for a sharp, hungry generalist who can take any problem – strategy, ops, customer, product, hiring – and run with it. London, £60–100k + 0.25–0.5% equity grant, visa sponsorship available.
About Us
We believe the way to win the AI revolution is to automate not others, but ourselves. Our arena is complex megaprojects. We automate what we can and do the old‑school things we must. We build AI tooling to take our own jobs – the tools and knowledge that teams of humans and AIs need to run megaprojects. Our product consists of two halves:
- A customer‑facing platform that runs standard and bespoke project scheduling apps, supports large‑scale datasets, complex integrations and large groups of users and runs an AI copilot.
- An internal AI operating system that automates and supports our own work. It dials into meetings, analyses customers’ screen‑shares and shared datasets, builds implementation plans, orchestrates coding agents and validation systems – and pushes PRs.
This is the software that will take our own jobs. We're a small team in London growing fast, looking for people who want to build things that make a difference on megaprojects. Our current team is small (4 people) – any new joiners can make a big difference. Our Q1 revenue was 4x our Q4 revenue, and we just raised our Seed round at a ~$25m valuation. The next step is to aggressively scale the business. Our customers are primarily large general contractors, infrastructure builders and asset owners: rail lines, airports, power plants, solar farms and more. We work with them to improve construction schedules for these assets.
The Role
This is the most important generalist hire we’ll make. You’ll work directly with the founders across everything that matters – sales, ops, product, hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and whatever else needs doing. Your job is to give the founders leverage: take problems off their plate, figure them out, solve them, and often build the process so they stay solved. There is no fixed lane. One week you might be prepping a board deck and running a customer call. The next you might be designing a hiring process, analysing product data, or automating an internal workflow. The common thread is: you see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
What We Offer
- Salary ranging £60k to £100k for promising profiles
- Share options ranging from 0.25% – 0.5% (4‑year vest, 1‑year cliff, fully diluted)
- Nice office in London (some flexibility on hybrid)
- Skilled worker visa sponsorship if needed – we have as many nationalities as people in our current team
- Highly entrepreneurial environment
- All the equipment, software and tokens you need to do the best job
- Unlimited headroom to grow – this role is a launchpad into a leadership position as we scale
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on the highest-priority problems across the business
- Own things end-to-end: scoping, execution, and follow‑through
- Support sales and customer work: prep materials, join calls, follow up, and help close
- Build and improve internal operations: processes, tools, dashboards, automations
- Support hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and helping close candidates
- Help us explore the market: research, competitors, strategic bets
- Help prepare fundraising materials, investor updates, and board decks
What We’re Looking For
- End-to-end ownership: can take a vague problem, break it down, and deliver a result without hand-holding
- High agency: have strong opinions on what needs to happen, and do it
- Problem solving: we value structured thinking and clarity very highly. Turn messy, incomplete information into a clear model to solve any problem
- Comfortable with chaos: there is ambiguity everywhere and things change all the time
- Intellectually curious: our tools, business models, and what software even is – it's all changing fast, and you need to seek out and learn new things
- Excellent communicator: writes well, speaks clearly, and does this across the full range of audience (tech and non‑tech, SME vs MBA)
- Low ego, high standards: happy to do unglamorous work, but does it exceptionally well
Ideal Backgrounds
- Early‑stage startup operators who've been employee #1–10 and worn a bunch of hats
- Strategy consulting (MBB, or similar) looking to get their hands dirty
- IB, PE or VC who want to build, not just advise
- Technical generalists who combine engineering or data skills with business sense
