The Role:

This is a backend-heavy engineering role for someone who thinks like a product owner, not just an executor. You'll work across the stack and take real ownership end-to-end, from idea to production.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and own backend services across the core platform
  • Work across frontend and infrastructure when needed - polyglot mindset valued
  • Take features from requirements through to production with real autonomy
  • Push back on requirements, think about the customer, and understand the bigger picture
  • Contribute to architecture decisions as the team and platform scale

Stack: Java, GoLang, Python - React, TypeScript, Next.js - Terraform, GCP, GitHub Actions. AI? YES - They're shipping LLM-powered products. Exact tech match less important than strong backend fundamentals and a polyglot mindset.
