I'm working with one of the most interesting AI startups I've come across this year. They're building a new generation of automation software that combines AI, no-code tooling, and workflow orchestration into a single platform. The potential is massive, giving businesses the power to create powerful internal tools, automations and workflows without needing large engineering teams. They've already found strong product market fit, raised £15m in funding, and targeting £10m ARR. It's a genuinely exciting time to come onboard as they continue to build new features. Still early enough for every engineer to have a significant influence on what gets built, but with the funding, traction and customer base that removes a lot of the usual startup uncertainty.

They're looking for a heavily frontend leaning Senior Product Engineer. Someone who enjoys solving customer problems as much as technical ones. You'll work closely with users, designers and engineers to ship features end-to-end. The engineering challenges are genuinely interesting here and the team is small, so ownership is high. Engineers are trusted to make decisions, drive projects and have a direct impact on product direction, using modern AI tooling throughout the development lifecycle. As the engineering team continues to grow quickly, there's also a clear path towards a future Tech Lead position, in as little as 3 months.

You'll be a good fit if you...

  • Have strong TypeScript, React and Next.js experience
  • Frontend heavy, but comfortable across the stack
  • Have built 0 - 1 and helped scale a product from early traction into growth
  • Good product and design instincts, with a genuine care for UX
  • Experience building in fast moving startup environments. Happy building in ambiguity and pivoting when needed

This is one of the most exciting areas in software. AI is changing how software gets built and this team is at the forefront of that shift, opening up the playing field to allow non-technical users to create complex software and automations. You'll get real ownership, an engineering culture that is devoid of egos and rewards curiosity, plus a clear path to Tech Lead. What's not to like?
