I’m working with a well-funded AI scale-up building cutting-edge technology across speech, audio and real-time communication .
They’re hiring 2x ML Researchers to join a small, highly technical ML research team. One Senior + Mid-level engineer.
The focus:
- Speech synthesis / TTS
- Emotional speech generation / recognition
- Real-time / low-latency audio ML
For the more senior hire, they’re particularly interested in people who have developed new ML approaches and model architectures , rather than simply worked with existing APIs or off-the-shelf models.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
- Strong Python + PyTorch
- MSc or PhD
- Experience researching and training deep learning models
- Exposure to speech, audio or adjacent generative ML research
- A strong experimental and research mindset
- Publications are a bonus, not a requirement
You’ll be joining a genuinely strong technical team, solving difficult ML problems with technology already deployed in real-world environments.
This is a hybrid role in London, with 3 days per week in the office .
