They're looking for a Head of Mid-Market Sales to own the entire EMEA mid-market operation. That means leading a team of 7–10 AEs across multiple European markets — coaching deals, driving pipeline, and levelling up an outbound engine that already accounts for 80% of their new business.

3+ years in sales leadership, a track record of owning revenue outcomes across multiple European markets, and someone who's built or rebuilt an outbound function before. Experience selling into founder-led or owner-operated businesses is a bonus.
