Salary: £110k–£130k A fast-growing fintech, they've recently gone live with one of the most recognised names in modern banking, and the pipeline doesn't stop there, with a large expansion on the horizon.
They're now looking for a Group Product Manager to join the product leadership team.
This isn't a single-squad PM role.
You'll also be indirectly leading multiple PMs across several squads, setting direction, and working alongside two other GPMs to shape the end-to-end platform roadmap.
It's a strategic hire - the kind of role where you're shaping how an entire domain of the platform evolves, not just shipping features.
I've worked with this team for a while and placed several people there in the last 12 months.
The feedback from every single person who's joined has been consistent - great culture, real autonomy, no egos, and a team that genuinely trusts you to get on with it.
Ideal profile: experience leading multiple squads in a high-growth, API-first or regulated environment, a strong commercial mindset, and someone who's comfortable owning direction without being handed it.
Fintech platform experience helps, but having regulated experience is the 'must'.
