They're looking for an exceptional engineer with a strong technical background - ideally someone who has worked at a top-tier tech company, high-growth scale-up, or YC-backed startup.
You'll be joining as a true Founding Engineer, working closely with an exceptional founding team with backgrounds at a leading global tech company - helping shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.
What you'll be working on:
- Production-grade agentic systems
- In-house AI tooling and infrastructure
- Complex workflows in regulated environments
- Systems where reliability, evaluation and accuracy really matter
You'll likely be a strong fit if you:
- Have worked at a highly regarded tech company, successful startup or scale-up
- Have a Computer Science degree, ideally from a top university
- Are a very strong software engineer first and foremost
- Have experience building AI or agentic systems in productionThrive in high-ownership, ambiguous environments
- Want genuine influence over product, architecture and company direction
- True founding-level ownership
