About the Role
You'll embed directly with enterprise engineering teams, own deployments end to end, run pilots, identify high-impact use cases, and make adoption stick. You'll also feed what you learn back into the product roadmap. This is not pre-sales, not solutions consulting, and not pure engineering.
Expect significant travel, primarily across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with enterprise engineering teams
- Own deployments end to end

- Feed learnings back into the product roadmap
Qualifications
- A degree from a top university in a technical discipline
- Computer science or closely related fields are preferred, but academic excellence in any rigorous subject matters
Required Skills
- Genuine founding or co-founding experience, ideally with fundraising behind it
- Comfortable in a codebase, debugging real systems, pulling PRs, and reasoning about technical architecture under pressure
- A track record in forward-deployed engineering
- Clear evidence of commercial ownership, not just client exposure
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without much structure
- Active use of AI coding tools day to day
