They're looking for a Head of Mid-Market Sales to own the entire EMEA mid-market operation. That means leading a team of 7β10 AEs across multiple European markets β coaching deals, driving pipeline, and levelling up an outbound engine that already accounts for 80% of their new business. The breakdown is roughly 40% deal coaching and pipeline reviews, 30% team management, 20% GTM and process implementation, and 10% stakeholder alignment. It's a proper leadership role, not a player-coach title with a quota hidden underneath it. The company has a strong name in the market and a product that sells itself to the right buyer. What they need now is someone to come in, make the mid-market motion more repeatable, and build something that scales.
