As a Junior Technical Consultant, your role is to design, configure, and implement Planisware solutions for client organisations. Collaborating with a team, you’ll engage frequently with clients to understand their internal processes and organisational needs. As you develop your expertise, you’ll take on more responsibility for key parts of the implementation. You’ll leverage your growing knowledge and experience with Planisware to translate business requirements into detailed system designs, followed by the delivery of a functional, high-quality Planisware solution.
You will be part of a project team, learning directly from experienced consultants and participating in key meetings. You will be assigned an individual mentor, who will help you as you progress in your career with Planisware. You will configure, test, deploy, and provide support for Planisware implementations. This includes being involved in building requirements, designing, carrying out configuration, analysing and optimising data load, developing reports, and supporting user acceptance testing and training. You will become deeply familiar with the business needs and processes of clients. As you become more skilled at understanding business needs and applying Planisware capabilities, you will be able to propose solutions that both meet requirements and facilitate the client's long-term success. You may be required to perform other related duties as appropriate to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.
What is expected from you:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Computer programming experience (object-oriented preferred) or similar experience that demonstrates good problem solving, logical reasoning, and understanding of relational systems.
- Willing to travel (UK).
