As a Junior Technical Consultant, your role is to design, configure, and implement Planisware solutions for client organisations. Collaborating with a team, you’ll engage frequently with clients to understand their internal processes and organisational needs.

As you develop your expertise, you'll take on more responsibility for key parts of the implementation. You'll leverage your growing knowledge and experience with Planisware to translate business requirements into detailed system designs, followed by the delivery of a functional, high-quality Planisware solution.

As a Junior Technical Consultant:

  • You will be part of a project team, learning directly from experienced consultants and participating in key meetings.
  • You will be assigned an individual mentor, who will help you as you progress in your career with Planisware.
  • You will configure, test, deploy, and provide support for Planisware implementations. This includes being involved in building requirements, designing, carrying out configuration, analysing and optimising data load, developing reports, and supporting user acceptance testing and training.
  • You will become deeply familiar with the business needs and processes of clients. As you become more skilled at understanding business needs and applying Planisware capabilities, you will be able to propose solutions that both meet requirements and facilitate the client's long-term success.
  • You may be required to perform other related duties as appropriate to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.

What is expected from you:

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Computer programming experience (object-oriented preferred) or similar experience that demonstrates good problem solving, logical reasoning, and understanding of relational systems.
  • Willing to travel (UK & International).
  • Self-starter, working under own initiative, efficient multi-tasker, and team player.
  • Able to communicate with senior technical and managerial levels within customer organisations.
  • Able to challenge and influence requirements.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and good working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly disciplined at following technical procedures and processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Accredited Project Management qualification.
  • Interest in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/NPD industries.
  • Previous experience in software implementation.
  • Knowledge of portfolio and/or project management.
  • Knowledge or experience in potential AI implementations.

  • Enhanced pension contribution (after 3 months) – operated through a salary sacrifice scheme: The minimum contribution from both you and Planisware is 5% of your base salary. After 2 years of service, Planisware will match your contribution up to a maximum of 10% of base salary.
