As Head of Technical Deployment EMEA, you will own the full lifecycle of how Planhat deploys for its most complex customers:
- Manage, grow, and coach your team of Technical Deployment Specialists
- Design and evolve the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to integration, configuration, and go-live
- Build repeatable frameworks: playbooks, templates, and scalable processes to drive quality and speed
- Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales, and Product to align customer deployment strategy with business goals
- Act as a technical architect in complex deployments, integrating with customer data systems, building automations, and ensuring robust data flows
- Lead process improvements to reduce deployment time, optimize resource utilization, and boost customer satisfaction
- Track and report on deployment metrics: team capacity, utilization, customer outcomes, and deployment velocity
