The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in, repairs are authorised and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and advising customers
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Discussing repairs and preparing estimates
- Liaising with technicians and monitoring vehicle progress
- Ordering parts and managing workshop workflow
- Updating customers throughout the repair
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Managing loan vehicles and workshop bookings
- Maintaining accurate customer records
About You

- Comfortable using computer systems

Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with strong customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment or other transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
