The Role
As a Temporary Customer Relationship Administrator, you will join the customer service team, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders via email and phone, ensuring they are entered accurately on our ERP system and meeting KPI targets.
- Providing sales support to Customer Relationship Executives (CRE’s).
- Supporting CRE’s in the creation of customer quotations and logging them as opportunities within the company’s CRM database.
- Managing team mailboxes, assigning emails to the relevant team members.
- Providing excellent customer service support via phone and email.
- Resolving customer issues within agreed timescales, recording all contact and outcomes in CRM.
- Understanding and applying Export Control regulations and maintaining awareness of regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
- Updating the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems is essential, along with a flexible attitude towards work.
