Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced 7.5T & Class 2 Multi-Drop Drivers to join a successful and growing transport operation based in Kidlington. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with the potential to earn £35,000 - £40,000 per year, with a choice of day or night shifts and both full-time and part-time positions available.
The Role
As a 7.5T or Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering products to a range of commercial customers, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time.
Working Hours
Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities. Early starts required.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing multi-drop deliveries across your allocated route
- Delivering goods safely and efficiently to commercial customers
- Using handheld devices to record deliveries and obtain proof of delivery
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
- Communicating with the transport team regarding delays or issues
- Unloading deliveries into the correct storage areas where required
- Keeping vehicles clean, roadworthy and compliant
What We’re Looking For
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence or 7.5T
- Minimum 1 year's Class 2 or 7.5T driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Professional, reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
