Role overview:
Lead Commercialisation for Hospitality Software (PMS Protel and Hotsoft), develop and drive multi-channel campaigns, create sales collateral, manage events, and align with product, sales, and customer success. Supported by central marketing functions.
What You’ll do:
- Take full ownership of the PMS marketing strategy, driving initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate pipeline, deepen engagement, and enable cross-selling.
- Design, coordinate, and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, webinars, and partner-led activations.
- Produce compelling sales support materials such as collateral, presentations, case studies, testimonials, and tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
- Oversee and orchestrate PMS representation at industry events and trade shows, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
- Act as the main marketing contact point for internal product, sales, and customer success teams, facilitating alignment and collaboration.
- Manage and allocate the PMS marketing budget, seeking efficiency and effectiveness in spend.
- Work closely with central marketing teams to ensure synergy and consistency across all campaigns.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to refine strategies and tactics for optimal outcomes.
