Overview
Responsable Comptable – Hoist Group France (Planet Group). Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur Financier, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter l’ensemble des opérations comptables pour les entités françaises du groupe. Vous superviserez les clôtures, la production des états financiers, la conformité fiscale ainsi que des projets stratégiques. Votre mission : garantir l’exactitude, la fiabilité et la conformité des données financières et fiscales, en soutenant les objectifs et priorités du groupe. Vous serez un acteur clé dans la solidité financière de l’entreprise et un partenaire stratégique du management. Poste à pourvoir dès que possible – Un consultant est actuellement en mission jusqu’au début du mois d’octobre afin d’assurer une passation optimale.
Responsabilités
- Clôtures mensuelles : supervision du processus complet, revue et enregistrement des écritures, analyse des écarts entre résultats réels et budget.
- Analyses et réconciliations : examen détaillé des revenus, dépenses et rapprochements de comptes.
- Ajustements comptables : interprétation des données financières et mise en œuvre des corrections nécessaires.
- Fiscalité : gestion complète des déclarations fiscales (préparation, dépôt, suivi) dans le respect des réglementations.
- Audit : coordination des audits annuels et revues trimestrielles avec les auditeurs externes, réponses aux demandes et suivi des points d’amélioration.
- Projets & initiatives Groupe : participation ou pilotage de projets transverses selon les priorités.
Profil recherché
- Expérience : minimum 8 ans en comptabilité, idéalement en cabinet d’audit et/ou en direction de service comptable.
- Formation : qualification en expertise comptable (DEC ou Ă©quivalent).
- Compétences : Maîtrise des normes comptables et fiscales françaises; capacité d’analyse et sens du détail; excellente organisation et rigueur; capacité à gérer plusieurs entités et priorités en parallèle; Anglais professionnel (environnement international).
- Qualités personnelles : autonomie et sens de l’initiative; esprit d’équipe et communication claire; sens pratique et capacité à résoudre les problèmes rapidement; intégrité et transparence, notamment pour les exigences d’une entité régulée.
