Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Lead. You will be responsible for owning the central pricing policy, governance and optimization of revenue through pricing levers, working closely with stakeholders across the organization including finance, commercial, tech, product, legal and operations. You will be comfortable analysing large amounts of complex transactional data to identify pricing opportunities and thrive in developing relationships across the business while strategizing how to optimize our portfolio and rapidly growing business.

What you will do

  • Oversee central pricing policy and governance – assess where changes are required (country level, volume tiers, etc)
  • Strategize potential pricing opportunities and assess opportunity potential / ROI (bundle / cross-sell into PMS)
  • Lead monthly executive pricing forum to gain alignment / approval on policy changes and implementation plans.
  • Project manage / lead implementation of portfolio pricing increases across payment stack and potentially tax free.
  • Collaborate with technical, product and operations teams to understand current platform and billing abilities and customer flow to ensure optimization of pricing implementation.
  • Collaborate with Commercial sales teams and Divisional CFO to gain understanding of market landscape (may conduct external assessments)
  • Create quarterly reporting on pricing initiatives, analytics with key pricing trends on new deals
  • Manage team responsible for pricing tool and interaction with legal / salesforce
  • Collaborate with head of fx/settlement on key fx initiatives
  • Assist teams in large RFP / Key deals (not a core profile); may include development of future deal desk staff (currently managed by divisional finance teams)

Who you are

  • Bring expertise from the Payments Acquiring industry from a pricing perspective
  • Experienced in analysing country / division / product performance and identifying trends and seeing where best practices can be shared.
  • A great communicator and adept at building relationships across teams, while exerting persistence and resourcefulness
  • Must be logical, self-motivated, proactive, with strong analytical skills and a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, thoroughness and reliability whilst coping under pressure
  • Strong system and advanced excel skills to deal with large data and pricing models.
  • Flexible and a genuine team player willing to go the extra mile to support others
