Function Overview
As part of Global Operations, you’ll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. What You Will Do
- Manage Planet Workday HR and Recruitment configuration
- Advanced knowledge of 2-4 functional areas (Recruitment, Workday & Payroll Integrations, Time Tracking Security, HCM, absence, Talent and Performance, Compensation & Benefits)
- Able to do complex configuration, including payroll integrations and time tracking
- Able to troubleshoot and analyse complex problems and suggest solutions
- Escalation point of incident management, problem management support for HR and business users for functional issues
- Review Workday updates, proposing changes and improvements to HR and business
- Provide change and deployment management for Workday updates / changes
- Issue communications for incidents, changes, releases, etc.
- Proactively seek information about needs of HR and business users and identify Workday enhancements that support continuous improvement of People processes and services
- Manage delivery and maintenance of integrations – experience of Workday and Payroll integrations
- Lead functional team to effectively support Planet’s use of Workday
- Manage Workday Security framework and maintenance in collaboration with HR Operations and People Team
- Advance knowledge of Workday security
- Update and maintain Workday security roles and profiles in collaboration with HR and the business
- Validate people reporting needs jointly with Analytics
- Partner with Analytics and Insights to identify reporting requirements and continuously improve Workday reporting and dashboard functionality
- Manage partnership internal and external stakeholders
- Lead Workday governance processes with HR and business
- Coordinate tenant maintenance scheduling with Workday and AMS
- Manage relationships with HR, Business and external stakeholders (eg Auditors, Payroll suppliers)
- Lead master data maintenance framework
- Partner with HR Operations and HR to ensure master data is maintained, accurate and reliable
- Partner with HR Operations and HR to audit data and implement and report on data controls in Workday

- Proven understanding of Workday product
- Advanced knowledge of 2-4 functional areas (Recruitment, Workday & Payroll Integrations, Time Tracking Security, HCM, absence, Talent and Performance, Compensation & Benefits)
- Responsive to issues – flexible and adaptable

- HRIS Professional with proven Workday BAU support track record
- Ability to deliver Workday complex configuration
