The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering a portfolio of business and technology projects that support the organisation’s strategic priorities. What You Will Do

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Lead delivery across Technology, Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to manage dependencies and sequencing.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and decision‑making across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strategic Alignment & Prioritisation
- Ensure projects remain aligned to business strategy and enterprise priorities.
- Operate within established governance and business prioritisation frameworks.
- Identify conflicts between demand, capacity, and delivery constraints.
- Escalate risks, issues, and trade‑off decisions to appropriate leadership forums when required.
- Governance & Reporting
- Apply delivery governance standards consistently across all projects.
- Provide clear, accurate, and decision‑ready reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials.
- Prepare and contribute to steering committees and governance forums.
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready project documentation and artefacts.
