Role overview
This role is a member of the global Rewards team and reports to the Global Head of Rewards. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will design, analyse, and administer Planet’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that our pay structures and benefits packages are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience in compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
What you’ll be doing
- Data gathering, interpretation and analysis from internal and external sources
- Compensation benchmarking and pay equity analysis: Identify gaps in current pay offering globally
- Make recommendations for change, to support the delivery of People plans and priorities
- Support end of year cycles: annual pay review and corporate bonus budgets and cost modelling
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs
Who you are
- Experience with global compensation structures
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)
- Excellent data analysis skills, with ability to gather, interpret and provide insight from mass data points and sources
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to deliver creative, fast and simple solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to collaborate and respond to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities to meet business needs
- Team player, able to work in a complex environment with competing priorities
- Energetic: You’re driven by pushing forward, searching for better, and wanting more than the status quo
