About the Role
We are recruiting an On‑Site Lining Operative to join a skilled installation team. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you will travel across the UK installing high‑quality vinyl linings in swimming pools during construction projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Measuring, cutting and installing vinyl liners to exact specifications
- Heat welding and joining materials using handheld heat guns
- Travel to customer sites nationwide (daily travel required)
- Work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards
- Liaise with customers on‑site where required
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding results
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Practical, hands‑on approach to work
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible attitude to working hours and overtime
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when required
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in construction, roofing or similar environments
