- Advanced C++ expertise with deep knowledge of modern C++ standards and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready code for Windows services and applications
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and upskill developers at different experience levels through hands‐on collaboration, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Experience identifying, prioritising, and refactoring code to improve modularity, testability, and maintainability
- Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy in support of broader product goals
- Proven ability to lead and negotiate effectively across teams and stakeholders in complex technical environments
- Self‐motivated problem solver with strong accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Refine new feature requests with stakeholders to make them development ready
- Collaborate on system design and technical decisions
- Deliver high-quality software across customer‐facing and internal applications
- Mentor team members and coach them on best practice and improvements
- Review pull requests and contribute to code quality
- Plan and action refactoring efforts to support wider product strategy
- Develop new features according to specification
- Triaging and fix defects
- Work closely with Product and Testing teams to complete planned and reactive tasks
- Escalate potential issues to the Line Manager when required
