Planet Recruitment have registered a new opportunity for a well-established organisation who are seeking a temporary Sales Support based on the outskirts of Cowley, Oxfordshire. Due to location you will ideally drive however can be accessible via public transport.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales.
  • Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories.
  • Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
  • Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analysing sales performance to improve strategies.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Preferably experienced in selling high-value products (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, premium services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques.
