Key Responsibilities- General garden maintenance, including mowing, strimming, edging, and hedge cutting.
- Planting, pruning, weeding, and seasonal garden care.
- Maintaining flower beds, borders, shrubs, and trees.
- Lawn care including feeding, aeration, and turf maintenance.
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery safely.
- Identifying and reporting plant health issues.
- Keeping outdoor areas tidy, safe, and visually appealing.
- Assisting with landscaping and garden improvement projects.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
- Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture.
- Good knowledge of plants, shrubs, and seasonal garden maintenance.
