Part-Time Administrator – Thame (Permanent Role)

Salary: 25,000 pro rata
Hours: Part-time (school hours available – ideal for parents)

Are you an organised and friendly individual looking for a flexible administrative role that fits around school hours? We\’re looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Thame on a permanent basis.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our client’s office running smoothly by supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Duties will include:

• Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Maintaining records and databases
• Supporting internal teams with scheduling and documentation
• Assisting with general office organisation and coordination

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A good communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Reliable and able to work independently
