We are currently looking to recruit a Construction Supervisor for our Client near Oxford on a full time basis. You will be working as part of the Special projects team, assisting the Contracts Manager in running multiple jobs throughout Oxfordshire. The job will be varied and will include:
- Setting up and managing small construction sites
- Assisting in the running of multiple sites simultaneously
- Supervising operatives and sub-contractors
- Carrying out adhoc construction work including erecting fencing
- Ensuring work is being produced to a high standard, sites are health and safety compliant and are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintaining accurate daily records and reports
- Liaising with Clients, holding meetings and briefings and being the face of the business
The successful candidate will ideally come from a trade background (Carpentry or similar) or have relevant experience and be looking to progress their career with a local contractor. This is a full time salaried position and you will be provided with a company van, therefore you will need a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
