As an Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, interacting with a diverse range of customers to manage their needs. You will be the face of the business, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and supporting the wider team with business development initiatives. You will report to the Customer Services Manager and work within the administration team, receiving day‑to‑day training and support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving client orders and managing them through the system to our suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service via email and telephone.
- Collaborating with the wider team to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining electronic records for the services provided on the portal.
- Supporting business growth plans by preparing quotes, qualifying sales leads, and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Assisting in the management of the business as required.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in the admin sector, although this is not essential as comprehensive training and support will be provided. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a methodical approach, and good attention to detail are crucial. There is also the flexibility to work remotely part of the week once fully trained.
