The Role: Carrying out fibreglass repairs and rework on composite components. Identifying and rectifying defects to meet quality standards. Sanding, filling, trimming, and finishing fibreglass products. Following technical drawings and work instructions. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.Requirements: Previous experience in fibreglass repair, composites, or rework. High attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
