Key duties and responsibilities
- Follow daily production and launch-to-line plans.
- Organise and sequence wheels for delivery directly to the production line.
- Identify and rectify sequencing issues before wheels reach the fit station.
- Inspect wheels for defects and source alternatives where required.
- Carry out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) support activities.
- Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or concerns.
- Ensure vehicles meet required quality standards prior to release.
- Maintain a clean, organised working area to support efficient production.
- Escalate issues promptly to minimise disruption to production.
Skills and experience
- Previous automotive, production, PDI or vehicle preparation experience desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work from plans and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable with a positive work ethic.
This role offers immediate starts and a structured work schedule, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 6:15am - 3:15pm, and Friday, 6:15am - 11:15am.
