The generalist Maintenance Assistant role will include carrying out maintenance work on our clients buildings, utilities, plant, machinery and equipment. Essential Experience/Qualifications Previously delivered multi trade repair, planned maintenance and small projects within a similar environment. Experience of working in a small maintenance team working with other operational departmental colleagues. Previous Fabric and Plumbing experience. Hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in a fabric maintenance or construction trade. Holds a full valid driving licence.Applicants will already possess some employment history of a generalised maintenance nature. Applicants will need to be able to join an on-call rota following a probationary period. Further information is available on request.
