Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for staff supporting the client
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and 1-to-1s across teams and time zones
- Arrange UK and international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
- Hold 1-1s with team, happy to have those difficult conversations
- Send regular team communications and support engagement activities
- Support senior stakeholders with meeting preparation and updates
