Our client based in Thame is looking for a HGV Class 1 driver to join their team assisting customers with the safe transit of their goods to personal locations and businesses.
The Role:
- You will work with a team of drivers and porters to ensure the safe transit of people's personal items to various destinations.
- Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone.
- Safe manual handling of goods, on and off the vehicle.
- Hours of work are generally anytime between 4pm - 4am Monday to Friday each evening depending on work required for the day.
About You:
- Class 1 Licence with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to complete lifting of heavy materials.
