Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day completion of reactive and planned preventative work.
- Compliance record keeping.
- Assistance with a range of duties related to minor works and some larger projects.
Qualifications
- History of working within a maintenance environment or qualifications in Plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry or Painting and Decorating.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work positively within a small, busy team.
- Previous knowledge working within a maintenance department in an education setting is an advantage.
- Willingness to become part of the client’s call-out rota, which will be paid in addition to salary.
