We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Body Sprayer to join a busy and well-established automotive bodyshop. This is a hands-on role where quality and efficiency are key. You will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets customer and manufacturer expectations.
Working Hours: 7:30am until 5pm
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint colours accurately
- Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
- Carry out polishing and finishing work where required
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Required:
- Proven experience as a Body Sprayer / Paint Technician
- Strong knowledge of paint processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to colour match accurately
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City)
