We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Body Sprayer to join a busy and well-established automotive bodyshop. This is a hands-on role where quality and efficiency are key. You will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets customer and manufacturer expectations.

Working Hours: 7:30am until 5pm

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming
  • Mix and match paint colours accurately
  • Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Carry out polishing and finishing work where required
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality

Required:

  • Proven experience as a Body Sprayer / Paint Technician
  • Strong knowledge of paint processes, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to colour match accurately
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City)

Locations: Bicester, Oxford, Witney, Banbury, Aylesbury, Brackley, Kidlington
