Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In Operative / Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Bicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid Reach Truck Licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is looking for a long-term position with great benefits and career development opportunities.

Working Hours

  • Day Shifts: 6:00am - 3:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Night Shift: 9:00pm - 6:00am

The Role

As a Goods In Operative / Reach Truck Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring all inbound deliveries are received, processed, and stored accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
  • Receiving and checking deliveries into the warehouse
  • Processing delivery paperwork accurately
  • Logging, signing off and booking stock into the system
  • Distributing deliveries to the relevant departments
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe goods-in area
  • Supporting waste management and general warehouse housekeeping
  • Following all health & safety procedures at all times

  • Valid Reach Truck Licence (Essential)
  • Previous experience within a warehouse or goods-in environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical duties
  • Flexible approach with a positive attitude
