About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Oxford. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering stable weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading deliveries manually
  • Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
  • Supporting general warehouse duties when required

This role does include manual heavy lifting!

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
  • Previous warehouse or forklift experience
  • Good communication skills and a positive work ethic
  • Reliable and punctual
