Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver on behalf of a well-established and highly respected food manufacturing and distribution business based in Banbury. The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers across the region, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a Class 2 vehicle.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain compliance with driver hours and road transport regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stop.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic records.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of driver regulations and road safety.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work.
