Planet Recruitment are currently seeking experienced and skilled Paint Technicians to join a busy, growing manufacturing environment based in Woking, Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a strong background in painting and finishing who are looking for a long-term opportunity, competitive pay and the benefit of working a fixed shift pattern.

Pay Rate
£25.00 per hour (Ltd)
Fixed Shift Patterns Available
- Day Shift: 5:30am - 2:15pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm - 11:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out high-quality paint application and finishing work to meet required standards
- Preparing surfaces, materials and components prior to painting
- Ensuring all finished products meet quality and specification requirements
- Identifying and addressing any paint defects or imperfections
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient production operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer or Industrial Painter
- A strong understanding of paint preparation, application and finishing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
- Experience within a manufacturing or automotive environment would be advantageous
