We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisor to join our team on a 6-9 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales and technical enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on enquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Promote products, special offers, and additional sales opportunities
- Liaise with internal departments regarding stock, deliveries, and customer queries
- Support the resolution of customer complaints and technical issues
- Attend product training, customer visits, and occasional trade shows when required
