We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Cowley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, likes working with people and wants to be part of a busy, friendly office. You'll be supporting our consultants with everything that keeps the recruitment process moving, from advertising jobs and registering candidates to arranging interviews and making sure all compliance is in place. Whether you've worked in recruitment before or have a strong administration background, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Formatting CVs ready to send to clients
- Speaking to candidates over the phone and by email
- Booking interviews and keeping candidates updated
- Registering new candidates and collecting the relevant documents
- Carrying out right-to-work and compliance checks
- Updating our recruitment database
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day administration
- Helping to ensure every candidate has a positive experience from start to finish
